VersAudio Wooden iPad Case, known for making some of the most unique cases, has release an iPad version of their popular wooden iPod Case.

The case costs around $80 and does a great job at protecting your iPad from the dangers of daily use from scrapes to an accidental drop off your desk. The Vers wooden case is top loading and is made of wood, bamboo, and reinforced steel. Lining the hard wooden bamboo shell is a soft material that protects your iPad from the friction and scrapes of a hard case.

The case is surprisingly light, not much heavier than an aluminum hard shell case. The Vers wooden case also functions as an iPad stand. The unique architecture features a wooden kickstand that props up your iPad like a bicycle. It has openings for the 30 pin connector and volume controls and is top-loading for easy use.
